Here at The Sassy Babe, we are dedicated to making jewelry that stands above the rest. We offer unique designs, which are sure to make you and your baby the talk of the town. Our infant, toddler, teen, and adult jewelry is perfect for every occasion--from a casual day with friends, to the office, to a formal dinner with that special someone.

Shipping Information:

We ship via UPS and USPS and offer a variety of shipping options. These options may be viewed prior to checkout. Shipping costs for UPS are assessed by weight.

Since each order is custom made, orders are shipped within 1-5 business days (large orders, special orders and seasonal volume my affect processing time).

International orders will all be shipped via UPS. If shipping charges do not appear at checkout, they will be added to your order prior to shipment. If a credit card is used for purchasing, shipping charges will automatically be deducted from the credit card. No order will be shipped until shipping charges have been collected.

Purchasing is quick, secure, and easy! All of your purchases are processed by PayPal™, and therefore, you can rest assured that you information is safe.

Tax Rates:

A 5.9% tax will be added to orders shipped within the state of Missouri.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s) for a full refund (minus a 20% processing fee). Item(s) being returned must be in an unaltered state and in the original packaging. Please include a copy of you invoice. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return, as we are not liable for any lost or damaged products that are being returned. You are liable for shipping charges.

Product that is damaged during shipping (including custom orders and purchases made during Sassy Babe internet parties) can be retuned for a replacement if the damage is reported within five business days of receipt of the product and ONLY IF SHIPPING INSURANCE IS PURCHASED AT CHECKOUT. You can report the damage by contacting us via telephone (314-484-6088) or email (support@thesassybabe.com). We will then advise you of how you can return your item(s) at no cost to you.

To cancel an order, you must contact us via telephone or email within 24 hours after the order placement. Cancellation after 24 hours may result in additional charges.

Lifetime Warranty

We are so confident in the quality of our jewelry that we offer a free limited lifetime warranty with the purchase of any handmade item. The warranty covers wire and/or clasp failure, band failure, and defective beads, stones, gems, and so forth. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the item(s), accidental or overt actions that result in damage, and shipping charges. Jewelry can only be restrung at its original size.

WARNING CHOKING HAZARD! Small pieces from the jewelry my break off and become lodged in a child's throat. Please USE CAUTION when allowing your child to wear this jewelry, and only allow your child to wear it under adult supervision.

Frequently Asked Questions:

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE? Although we try to get your order in the mail within 24 hours, sometimes, due to special requests and so forth, it may take 2-5 business days before your order is shipped. If you need your order expedited, please contact us via telephone, and we will work with you.

WHAT IF THE JEWELRY DOES NOT FIT? See our return policy. If you would like a replacement, please indicate, in writing, which size you prefer, and we will send you the replacement C.O.D.

WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE THE WAY IT LOOKS WHEN I WEAR IT? No problem, simply return you product within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund (see return policy).

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY ITEM? Although we do not anticipate sending out anything other than quality products, we do realize that sometimes things go wrong. Our limited LIFETIME WARRANTY assures you that should you item become faulty at any time, you can return it and it will be either fixed or replaced (our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the item(s), accidental damages, and/or overt actions that result in damage). If you receive a faulty item(s), please contact us via telephone or email, and we will advise you how you can return you product for a replacement at NO COST TO YOU.

She will take your order via telephone (314-484-6088) or email (support@thesassybabe.com) and can make suggestions if you need them. She has designed many different pieces and knows how to take care of your needs. Already have a design in mind?
